I list the reference because i have not heard of him.
(ii) The en.wikipedia.org does not say Mr Xi "held political command offices over military units while serving as a civilian leader in Fujian and Zhejiang." But zh.wikipedia.org did, fleetingly (and not very high ranking to me).
