My comment:
(a) The "Mass" in the title is a shorthand for Massachusetts.
(b) So Boston even beats Cambridge, Mass, which hosts Harvard University and MIT. However, Harvard Medical School, as well as most of its affiliated hospitals, is located in Boston.
